Job summary

pureIntegration is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead Advertising Technology projects from planning through delivery. This remote, full-time role targets candidates based in the United States, especially around Long Island, NY, with a base salary of $180,000–$200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of technical project/product management experience in software development environments.
• Strong experience managing sprints and backlogs using Trello (or similar lightweight tools).
• Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams; experience managing across time zones is a plus.
• Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and how to apply them in real‑world team settings.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills with a strong bias for execution and follow‑through.
• Technical fluency—you don’t need to code, but you should be able to understand developer conversations and system dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, with a focus on requirements clarity, story management, and backlog grooming.
• Support lean, efficient sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking—particularly with offshore teams in varied time zones.
• Translate high‑level business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and tasks in Trello.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sprint boards, proactively flagging blockers or dependencies to the Program Manager.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and QA leads to ensure work is technically feasible, scoped appropriately, and aligned with release goals.
• Monitor sprint performance and velocity, and support continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile best practices.
• Work closely with the client’s development team to align on timelines, milestones, and technical dependencies, ensuring joint execution stays on track.
• Provide timely reporting on sprint progress, completion rates, and risks to internal leadership.
