Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional product and engineering programs across marketing technology, advertising platforms, and third-party integrations. The role emphasizes AI-driven automation, roadmap orchestration, and governance across multiple PMs and SDEs, with broad stakeholder engagement.

The team focuses on scalable marketing technology solutions, automation, and measurement frameworks to accelerate advertiser growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical programs involving multiple internal teams, external vendors and partners
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Security, and external partners
• Establish governance frameworks for multi-stakeholder programs
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps that align internal and external dependencies
• Lead technical integration discussions with engineering teams
• Drive standardization of processes across multiple teams and partner organizations
