Job summary

Postscript is seeking a Technical Partnership Manager to own the partner ecosystem end-to-end, from sourcing to launch and growth. You will balance commercial insight with technical credibility to drive value across a range of integrations with Shopify brands.

Reporting into Marketing and working closely with Product, you’ll size opportunities, define specs, and enable Sales and Support. Travel up to 20% is expected as you scale our partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical partnerships or similar roles.
• Experience in ecommerce or martech is preferred.
• Able to read API docs and discuss data flows with partners.
• Strong written communication for specs and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of technology and integration partners end to end.
• Size partnership opportunities using merchant overlap and revenue impact.
• Lead technical discovery with partners and assess API surface.
• Translate opportunities into specs and business cases for Product.
• Partner with Marketing to drive demand through launches and content.
• Build enablement for Sales, Solutions, and Support.
• Serve as escalation point for partner technical issues.
• Own quarterly partner-influenced pipeline and adoption goals.
• Build operating system: tiering, partner agreements with Legal.
