Job summary

Figma is seeking a strategic partner manager to own a portfolio of 3-5 key technology partnerships. You will drive alignment across product, engineering, and marketing to execute integrations and joint initiatives, while managing commercial terms and risk.

In this role you’ll build GTM plans and executive-facing updates, shaping partner roadmaps and measuring impact for growth and platform expansion. Remote-friendly US-based candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience managing strategic technology partnerships end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executives.
• Experience cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and operations.
• Ability to navigate fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of 3-5 strategic partners across tooling and platform ecosystems.
• Build and maintain living partner strategy with joint goals and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations.
• Own commercial terms including contract negotiations and risk management.
• Develop go-to-market plans with Marketing and Communications for joint launches.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc partner meetings with executive briefings.
• Define and track success metrics and report impact to BD leadership.
