Job summary

Postscript is the AI-powered messaging platform trusted by 20,000+ Shopify brands. This role owns the technology partner ecosystem, identifying opportunities, scoping integrations, and turning partnerships into demand.

Reporting into Marketing and collaborating with Product, you balance commercial instincts with technical credibility. You’ll lead end-to-end partner initiatives, work with partners’ engineering teams, and drive quarterly goals for pipeline and adoption while building scalable

Qualifications

4+ years in technical partnerships or a related role.
Able to read API docs and discuss data flows with engineers.
Experience in ecommerce or martech; Shopify ecosystem a plus.
Strong written communication for specs and briefs.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of technology and integration partners end to end: sourcing, evaluation, technical scoping, launch, and ongoing growth.
Identify and size partnership opportunities using inputs like merchant overlap and revenue impact.
Lead technical discovery with partners: API surface, data model, architecture, risks.
Translate partner opportunities into specs and business cases for Product roadmap.
Partner with Marketing to turn launches into demand via co-marketing and content.
Build enablement so Sales, Solutions, and Support can sell and service integrations.
Serve as escalation point for partner technical issues and triage responsibilities.
Own quarterly goals for partner-influenced pipeline and integration adoption.
Build operating system for this function: tiering, partner agreements with Legal, cadence, reporting.
