Covetrus, Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Operations Specialist for remote work in Kentucky (US) with a full-time position. You will install and configure software for clients, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to drive large-scale installations.

The role requires technical support or CS background and strong customer service skills. The position offers benefits and opportunities to engage with customers across a growing veterinary tech platform.

Qualifications

• Technical support or computer science experience/expertise.
• Customer service experience especially in a phone or email setting.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and applications on client machines.
• Coordinate with team members to complete large-scale installation initiatives.
• Respond to client and partner inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
• Resolve data issues that affect partner applications.
• Investigate data errors or discrepancies using internal tools, including SQL and C# queries.
• Deliver technical information, training, and updates to clients and partners of varying technical knowledge.
• Maintain detailed case notes, manage a personal ticket queue, and escalate problems to the appropriate team leaders.
• Contribute to team documentation and collaborate with leadership to improve team functionality.
• Assist with the training of new team members through job shadowing and process demonstrations.
• Provide feedback to leadership regarding new team member performance.
• Coordinate with team leadership to prioritize and deliver on strategic partnerships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional written & verbal communication
