Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a highly capable Support Engineer to join the Platform organization as a dedicated technical resource for the Customer Experience team. Independent contractor role focusing on onboarding, data migrations, decommissioning, and platform-level ticket resolution with strong collaboration across CX and Success teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS with ability to verify environment changes and run smoke tests.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; capable of leading customer calls.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, least-privilege access, and secure data handling.
• Hands-on experience navigating ticketing systems such as Jira, Intercom, Front or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Execute technical onboarding workflows for new customers, including environment provisioning, configuration, integration setup, and data imports.
• Decommissioning: Manage technical offboarding, including data exports, environment teardown, access revocation, and closure documentation.
• Data Migrations: Perform structured data migrations between systems or environments with validation and QA checks.
• Technical Ticket Resolution: Own and resolve escalated tickets, triage, prioritize, and address platform-level issues.
• CX Partnership: Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation Managers to communicate outcomes clearly.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date runbooks and configurations.
• Process Improvement: Analyze recurring tickets to reduce volume and resolution times.
• Adaptability: Embrace new tasks and priorities as needs evolve.
