Instinct Science, a leader in veterinary innovation, seeks a remote Support Specialist to be the primary contact for customers needing assistance with our products. You will join a team of animal hospital professionals who understand clinic workflows and help resolve issues on the spot.

The role emphasizes fast, empathetic service, documented interactions, and proactive follow-ups. Overnight and weekend availability is required, with a focus on onboarding and training support.

Qualifications

• Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Empathic and caring attitude, even in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests quickly via email, chat, phone, or social media.
• Stay on top of production issues and suggest workarounds to coach users.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions; follow up on escalated matters.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Assist in onboarding and training processes to ensure customers are proficient with Instinct products.
