Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Technical Lead Engineer to provide deep technical leadership across multiple teams and drive the design and execution of complex, cross-cutting engineering initiatives. You will shape architecture, raise the engineering bar, and mentor engineers while translating ambiguous requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience leading complex, cross-team engineering initiatives.
Strong architecture and system design skills.
Proven mentorship of senior engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of large, cross-team engineering initiatives.
Develop architectural standards and reference patterns adopted across multiple teams.
Mentor senior engineers and influence the technical direction of the organization.
Lead detailed technical design reviews and architectural decision-making for high-impact initiatives.
Translate long-term goals into concrete engineering plans.
Drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and performance of critical platforms.
Contribute hands-on code for high-impact components.
