The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, or large-scale data systems, and strong backend coding skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-team engineering initiatives.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, or large-scale data systems.
• Strong backend programming skills in at least one major language.
• Excellent system design and architecture skills.
• Mentorship and technical leadership of senior engineers.
• Strong focus on reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Clear written and verbal communication; influence on engineering culture.
