Lineage Logistics seeks a strategic Technical Lead - End User Services to oversee global endpoint management, collaboration tools, and governance. Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical roles focused on endpoint management and enterprise IT.
• Proven experience managing MSPs and external vendors.
• Deep familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, Autopilot, SOTI, Nexthink).
• Expertise in Nexthink for DEX experience.
• Strong understanding of collaboration tools (Office 365, Teams, Slack, Box).
• Advanced scripting, software packaging, and process automation (e.g., PowerShell, UiPath).
• Background in patch management, desktop engineering, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee endpoint management and collaboration tools across the global enterprise.
• Lead three direct reports and manage MSP/vendor relationships with SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive governance for Windows, MacOS, and mobile device management (Intune, Autopilot, SOTI).
• Own collaboration platform roadmap and policy enforcement across Teams, OneDrive, M365, SharePoint, Entra.
• Lead automation initiatives and end-user experience improvements using Nexthink and PowerShell.
• Consolidate tools and policies across legacy and acquired environments post-M&A.
• Guide patching, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
