Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Technical Lead - End User Services (UEM) to oversee endpoint management and collaboration tools across our global enterprise. This remote role will lead three direct reports and partner with MSPs to drive standardization and governance.

You will own governance for Windows, macOS, and mobile device management (Intune, Autopilot, SOTI), collaboration platforms (Teams, OneDrive, M365, SharePoint, Entra), and automation using Nexthink and PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise IT focusing on endpoint management.
• Experience managing MSPs and external vendors.
• Deep familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, Autopilot, SOTI and Nexthink).
• Strong scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global governance for endpoint provisioning and lifecycle.
• Lead MSP and vendor performance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive device management consolidation across environments.
• Mentor three global team members across time zones.
