Job summary

Centerfield is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to join the Program Operations team in Insurance. You will own end-to-end integration setup, onboarding, troubleshooting, and launch validation with external partners.

This role bridges partners and internal teams, translating technical concepts and resolving most questions independently. The ideal candidate is technically sharp, highly organized, and thrives on ownership.

Qualifications

1–3+ years working with external technical partners or clients.
Comfortable reading API documentation and XML/JSON.
Strong written communication and ability to translate technical findings.
Willingness to own end-to-end integrations and improve processes.
Experience with API testing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding for new media and client partners from setup to launch.
Provide hands-on API and integration support, including XML payload validation.
Conduct QA and launch readiness reviews before go-live.
Serve as first-line technical support for partners, resolving issues without escalations.
Diagnose integration failures, identify root causes, and escalate when needed.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams.
Own technical documentation: API guides, playbooks, specs, troubleshooting resources.
