Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC. seeks an Implementation Specialist I to deliver and coordinate implementation of systems and services for our healthcare and public safety clients. The role supports onboarding, training and ongoing delivery across the US, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Remote work is supported within the US; the annual base salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 plus bonus and benefits. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience in implementation, project delivery, and/or adult education, preferably with agile/scrum, PMP, and health/public safety tech.
• Knowledge of EMS and Fire reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through planning, development, training and execution of ImageTrend products.
• Maintain implementation schedules and ensure adherence to timelines with stakeholders.
• Document requirements, obstacles and time spent in implementation tickets.
• Assist in scoping projects for proposals and contracts.
• Travel for orientation, events or on-site meetings as required.
