Job summary

ImageTrend, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional, large-scale technology initiatives from concept to production deployment.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Architecture to drive delivery across the SDLC and ensure alignment with business goals. You will bridge technical and business teams, communicate risks and recommendations to executives, and champion agile practices while improving delivery velocity and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs in Agile environments.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business communications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technical programs across Engineering, Product, and Technology to align with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and governance processes for executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and resource planning with timely execution.
• Establish ownership and escalation paths to ensure successful program delivery.
• Facilitate planning sessions, technical reviews, release readiness, and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Architecture across the SDLC.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to track commitments and outcomes for leadership.
