Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC. is seeking an Implementation Specialist I to deliver and coordinate implementation of systems and services for healthcare and public safety solutions.

You will work with clients across EMS, hospitals and community programs to improve project delivery and maintain documentation and schedules. The role offers remote work within the US, with travel up to 10% and a base salary range of $60,000–$80,000 per year plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in implementation, project delivery and/or adult education; PMP certification and healthcare/public safety industry knowledge are preferred.
• Understanding of EMS and Fire reporting requirements.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate implementation of systems and services under supervision.
• Design and maintain implementation schedules and ensure compliance with timelines.
• Document objectives, obstacles, and time spent on implementation tasks.
• Assist in scoping projects to develop proposals and contracts.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
