Job summary

Lob is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager for Lob Logistics to lead onboarding and integration of new customers and partners. You’ll own customer integrations from verbal commitment through the first 30 days in production, coordinating with technical, operational, and postal teams to ensure a successful production launch.

You’ll work hands-on with APIs, data, and AI tools to design, test, and optimize integrations, traveling to customer sites as needed to scope and finalize solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions/technical consulting or similar customer-facing tech roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, and system interactions.
• Experience in direct mail, logistics, or a related operations environment.
• Knowledge of USPS/postal compliance and mail workflow concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own new Lob Logistics customer implementations from commitment to 30 days production.
• Lead technical discovery, scoping, and requirements with customers and teams.
• Travel to customer sites for scoping, sessions, testing, and launch activities.
• Configure integrations across Lob systems and partner interfaces.
• Troubleshoot API requests, data mappings, and authentication issues.
• Develop technical implementation plans with acceptance criteria and timelines.
• Maintain a high-touch, white-glove approach throughout onboarding.
