Job summary

Doxel is seeking an onboarding coordination specialist to ensure customer onboardings move smoothly. You will work under the Enterprise Implementation Manager, coordinating across internal teams to complete onboarding steps and prevent gaps.

As you demonstrate reliability driving onboardings to completion, you will gain increasing ownership of customer relationships and accounts. This remote East Coast role offers overlap with EMEA hours and opportunities to grow into a full implementation role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software operations, implementation support, or a multi‑stakeholder coordination role.
• Ability to manage multiple threads and workstreams without losing track.
• Process‑ and structure‑driven with a method to track dependencies.
• Meticulously organized with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding requirements for each client in your portfolio and track open items.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Request, arrange, validate, and prepare onboarding files.
• Track status across concurrent onboardings and surface risks early.
• Flag risks with context and propose paths forward to managers.
• Liaise between department stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on status.
• Support customer‑facing communication and grow into direct ownership.
• Communicate clearly in writing via email and async updates.
• Spot friction in onboarding processes and suggest improvements.
