Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead technical implementations of online booking tools from kickoff through launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, troubleshoot integrations using Web Services and XML, and continuously improve implementation workflows in Wrike.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, 5+ years with Concur or 3+ years with Deem/Cytric, and a track record in online customer support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience implementing Concur, including technical configuration and client-facing responsibilities.
• Or minimum 3 years' experience implementing Deem, including technical configuration and client-facing responsibilities.
• Or minimum 3 years' experience implementing Cytric, including technical configuration and client-facing responsibilities.
• Direct experience implementing or supporting FCM Booking is highly valued.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an online customer support role.
• Basic understanding of Web Services and XML.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of online booking tools (OBTs) from kickoff to launch.
• Troubleshoot data integrations and configurations using Web Services and XML.
• Maintain and improve Wrike templates and workflows.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects and meet timelines.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and ensure SLA/KPI targets.
