Qualifications

Implementation and Support Specialist – Online Booking Tools & Travel Technology

We are looking for a service-oriented Implementation and Support Specialist with strong technical skills and an interest in travel technology. This role supports the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of online booking tools (OBTs) and related platforms, helping improve operational efficiency and the experience of our clients and users.

• Previous experience with a travel agency, travel management company (TMC), airline, or travel technology provider.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies, work with integrated systems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with OBT implementations, integrations, and traveler profile management.
• Project coordination and collaboration with teams across cultures and time zones.
