Job summary

Beshenich Muir & Associates (BMA) is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join our team in a fully remote role across the United States. You will produce high-quality manuals, how-to guides, and reference documents for both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will collaborate with developers, quality engineers, and project managers while editing and updating existing content to improve clarity, usability, and accuracy. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency with documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create Documentation: Write user manuals, how-to guides, and reference documents that are easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Edit and Update: Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity and usability.
• Research: Investigate and understand complex technical information to present it in a user-friendly manner.
