Ladders is seeking an ATC Deployment Enablement Manager to lead complex deployment portfolios across multiple projects. You will partner with engineering, operations, and executives to convert priorities into delivery plans, maintain readiness, and keep programs on track in a remote setting.

The role emphasizes strong program leadership, crisp communication, and the ability to bring structure and visibility to fast-moving deployments, with compensation in the range shown and full-time remote

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program or portfolio management experience in network infrastructure or large-scale physical environments.
• Experience leading multi-site deployment programs from intake to handoff.
• Ability to build roadmaps, integrated schedules, and risk registers with measurable delivery commitments.
• Proven ability to prioritize concurrent programs with shared resources.
• Strong executive communication skills for concise updates and leadership presentations.
• Working understanding of data center network fabrics and deployment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the execution roadmap across multiple projects.
• Translate engineering priorities into an executable deployment portfolio with milestones.
• Own project intake, ensuring clarity in objectives and requirements.
• Manage end-to-end program execution from intake through project closeout.
• Maintain visibility into hardware demand and material readiness across the portfolio.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies affecting timelines.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned deployment portfolios.
