Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management for Ad Tech to lead delivery across a complex portfolio. This role partners with Product and Engineering to surface risks, align priorities, and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.

You will shape operating rhythms, mentor TPMs, and step into high-priority initiatives while maintaining strong executive communication with senior stakeholders. This is a remote role with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program leadership experience.
• Proven success leading complex multi-team technology portfolios or programs.
• Experience developing Technical Program Managers or similar delivery leaders.
• Strong technical literacy with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, and risk management.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to create structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated planning and delivery health across the ad tech portfolio.
• Establish clear visibility across priorities, milestones, and risks.
• Create effective operating cadences for planning and delivery health.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs involving multiple teams.
• Anticipate delivery risks and drive resolution proactively.
• Step into high-priority delivery challenges as needed.
• Ensure major launches have clear ownership and success measures.
