Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program or portfolio management experience in network infrastructure or large-scale physical environments.
• Experience leading multi-site deployment programs from intake to handoff.
• Ability to build roadmaps, integrated schedules, and risk registers with measurable delivery commitments.
• Proven ability to prioritize concurrent programs with shared resources.
• Strong executive communication skills for concise updates and leadership presentations.
• Working understanding of data center network fabrics and deployment lifecycle.

For our client, we are seeking a ATC Deployment Enablement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead the planning and execution of complex deployment portfolios that span multiple projects, from intake through operational handoff. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders to turn priorities into clear delivery plans, maintain readiness across materials and dependencies, and keep programs moving against committed milestones. The position requires strong program leadership, crisp communication, and the ability to bring structure and visibility to fast-moving technical deployments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $132,240 – $208,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the execution roadmap across multiple projects
• Translate engineering priorities into an executable deployment portfolio with clear milestones
