Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role leads technical project execution for complex field-based work with a strong focus on safety, coordination, and disciplined delivery. The PM will guide cross-functional teams, manage progress against plan, and ensure resources align to project needs.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually. Travel up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• Safety leadership with zero-incident culture mindset.
• 8+ years of construction or field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-discipline field teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and establish the execution approach.
• Monitor and control project progress and resource utilization.
• Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks.
• Drive formal acceptance and contract close-out.
• Travel to customer sites and project locations as needed.
