Planera is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge construction scheduling expertise with product demonstrations, partnering with Sales to map customer workflows to Planera.

This fully remote role requires hands-on scheduling experience, strong communication, and the ability to explain CPM concepts to project managers, superintendents, and executives. Travel is limited, approximately 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or heavy civil construction.
• Hands-on experience building and managing project schedules.
• Background that is a strong fit for a solutions engineer role.
• Strong working knowledge of CPM concepts and scheduling tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with construction professionals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support qualified opportunities from discovery through close.
• Lead technical conversations and deliver workflow-driven product demos.
• Help prospects connect their scheduling practices to Planera.
• Deliver tailored demos to project managers and schedulers, adjusting for audience.
• Communicate CPM concepts and how Planera fits with existing tools.
