Job summary

Okta seeks a Technical Content Lead to translate complex identity security initiatives into dynamic content for customers and executives. You will partner with the CTO for Strategy to produce whitepapers, briefs, and narratives that articulate long-term roadmaps and market positioning.

You will work with Marketing, Legal, Sales and Product teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment while driving platform adoption and strategic communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer in enterprise SaaS, Cloud, or Cybersecurity environments.
• Ability to translate complex cloud/security concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record in collaborating with Legal, Marketing, Sales and executives.

Responsibilities

• Multi-audience content creation: write, edit and publish technical content for executive, internal and customer-facing audiences.
• Turn internal deployment use cases into practical guides and narratives to enable platform adoption.
• Translate high-level vision and roadmaps into clear, compelling narratives with the CTO for Strategy.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success and Product to maintain brand and compliance alignment.
• Develop strategic messaging assets to support executive engagements and adoption initiatives.
