Okta is seeking a Technical Content Lead to translate complex security architectures into engaging content for customers and executives. You’ll partner with Identity engineering and architecture teams to craft practical guides and reference materials that drive platform adoption and trust.

You will collaborate with the CTO for Strategy and cross-functional partners to ensure messaging is accurate, on-brand, and publication-ready, shaping long-term technology roadmaps and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Expert-level written and verbal English with exceptional storytelling, for executive and technical audiences.
• Experience translating complex tech into engaging content like whitepapers, blogs, and FAQs.
• Ability to work with Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams to manage sensitive communications.

Responsabilités

• Write, edit, and publish high-quality technical content for executive, internal, and customer audiences.
• Turn internal deployment use cases into practical guides, reference architectures, and customer narratives.
• Collaborate with the CTO for Strategy to translate vision and zero-trust AI architectures into narratives.
• Align technical communications with brand standards, compliance, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop strategic messaging assets for executive sponsorship and high-touch engagements.
• Influence content architecture, messaging frameworks, and publication workflows for consistency.
