Job summary

Okta seeks a Technical Content Lead to translate complex enterprise security architectures into engaging content for customers, executives, and internal audiences. You will partner with Identity engineering teams to document deployment lessons and guide platform adoption.

In this role, you will work with the CTO for Strategy to convert high-level roadmaps into compelling narratives, ensuring alignment with branding, compliance, and GTM strategies across Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Customer

Qualifications

• Expert-level written and verbal English with strong storytelling capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or security communications in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish high-quality technical content for executive, internal, and customer audiences.
• Translate complex internal deployment into practical guides, reference architectures, and narratives.
• Collaborate with CTO for Strategy to convert vision and roadmaps into clear narratives.
• Align communications with Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Develop strategic messaging assets for executive sponsors and high-touch engagements.
• Influence content architecture, messaging frameworks, and publication workflows.
