Job summary

Okta is seeking a Technical Content Lead to translate complex enterprise security architectures into dynamic content for customers, executives, and internal audiences. You will partner with Identity engineering and architecture teams to produce practical guides and reference architectures that drive platform adoption.

In collaboration with the CTO for Strategy and cross-functional teams, you will craft whitepapers, briefs, and strategic content that articulates long-term roadmaps and market

Qualifications

• Expert-level written and verbal English with strong storytelling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, technical writing, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical writing or security communications in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to coordinate with Legal, Marketing, Sales and executives on complex content.
• Ability to digest cloud and security concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative storytelling to translate technical content into clear narratives.
• Strong ownership to lead multi-faceted documentation projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish high-quality technical content for executive, internal, and customer audiences.
• Turn internal deployment use cases into practical guides, reference architectures, and narratives.
• Collaborate with the CTO for Strategy to translate vision into compelling materials.
• Align with Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure brand and compliance.
• Develop strategic messaging assets for executive engagements and adoption efforts.
• Influence content architecture and publication workflows to maintain consistency and quality.
