Job summary

Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions is seeking a experienced Technical Business Analyst to support documentation, requirements, and delivery across the PMO. You will support the full SDLC and create process maps, SOPs, and training materials while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in technical/business analysis roles on complex IT programs.
• Exceptional technical-writing skills for clear, actionable documentation.
• Experience with Visio to produce workflows and diagrams.
• Understanding of Agile and traditional SDLC and how requirements flow.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving IT environment with many stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of PMO technical documentation.
• Translate needs into Jira epics, features, user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria.
• Provide cross-functional support to product owners, developers, DBAs, testers, data teams.
• Create current-state and future-state workflows and diagrams.
• Develop SOPs, training guides, user guides, playbooks and release docs.
• Maintain integrated project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Support training sessions, demonstrations, and stakeholder groups.
