Job summary

Qualfon is hiring a Remote - Technical Assistant to support field technicians and internal teams from home. The role emphasizes real-time provisioning, facility and inventory issue resolution, and service order support.

You will interface with internal groups, track statuses, and help maintain data accuracy across systems. The position requires living in Idaho and having a stable wired internet connection, with company-supplied hardware.

Qualifications

• Must live in Idaho.
• Remote work with equipment provided by Qualfon.
• Stable high-speed internet with wired connection (no Wi-Fi or satellite).

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time operational support to field technicians for installation, repair, and service assurance activities, including resolution of facility, provisioning, and inventory-related issues.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound calls and chats from internal work groups and field personnel, supporting service order processing, fallout resolution, and completion status inquiries.
• Maintain, validate, and update inventory and facility records across provisioning and inventory systems to ensure data accuracy and service continuity.
