Job summary

Sennheiser is seeking a Technical Application Engineer AMER to support and train customers across our Professional Audio portfolio. You will design demonstrations, deliver advanced product support, and collaborate with Sales Managers to translate complex applications into actionable solutions.

The role requires strong IT networking knowledge, travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, and a 4-year degree. You will engage influencers and contribute to events both remotely and onsite.

Qualifications

• 4-year University college degree.
• 5+ years IT and networking experience.
• 5+ years experience conducting high level technical product and solution demonstrations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly technical customers and deliver advanced product support.
• Conduct complex demonstrations across Sennheiser and Neumann’s professional audio portfolio.
• Design and deliver technical training programs, including certification content.
• Build relationships with influencers, Sales Managers and Business Development Managers to understand complex applications.
• Provide technical solutions, gather market feedback and support events remotely and onsite.
