Job summary

Sennheiser is seeking a Technical Application Engineer AMER for a remote US position. You will manage highly technical customers, deliver advanced product support, and conduct complex demonstrations across Sennheiser and Neumann portfolios.

Responsibilities include designing training content, building influencer relationships, collaborating with Sales and Business Development, and gathering market feedback for events. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year University college degree required.
• 5+ years in advanced IT and networking work experience.
• 5+ years in high-level technical product and solution demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly technical customers and deliver advanced product support.
• Conduct complex demonstrations across Sennheiser and Neumann portfolios.
• Design and deliver technical training programs for employees and partners.
• Build relationships with industry contacts and collaborate with Sales and Business Development.
• Gather market feedback and support events, remotely or onsite.
