Job summary

Twilio is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to act as the designated technical contact for strategic customers. You will support during Pacific hours (8am–5pm PT) and resolve high-impact issues, while collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive proactive guidance and value.

This remote-first role is based in Bogota, Colombia, with opportunities to travel for team gatherings and customer meetings. Strong communication and deep technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and cloud solutions.
• Broad skills to troubleshoot server-side and client-side code (JS stack).
• Scripting language experience (REACT, Node.js, Python).
• Strong problem solving and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Address customer issues with strong technical and diplomatic skills.
• Collaborate with customers', partners' developers, architects, and support personnel to resolve complex problems.
• Report bugs and feedback to Product and Engineering teams via Jira/Slack.
• Analyze customer trends and contribute to process improvements.
