Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the United States to work closely with strategic clients, guiding deployment, operations, and governance of AI platforms. The TAM will partner with Customer Success to align priorities, deliver milestones, and ensure successful outcomes across multi‑vendor environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on cloud, Linux, and data stack expertise, with a focus on security, compute resources, and ML‑Ops, while engaging with product and R&D to capture

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong Linux system administration experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with authentication/authorization systems (LDAP, Kerberos, AD, IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop and/or Spark.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify near and long-term priorities and define the engagement plan.
• Manage milestones with Customer Success Manager and customer; provide regular status updates and mitigate risks.
• Centralize technical information about clients and contribute to account strategy with the team.
• Support growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team through documentation and process optimization.
• Provide hands-on guidance on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, security, compute resources, and ML‑Ops.
