Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a Technical Account Manager in the United States to manage a strategic client portfolio and act as the primary technical advisor for deployment, operations, and scaling across Dataiku platforms.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to define engagement plans, track milestones, and mitigate risks, while contributing to product feedback and technical strategy. Fluency in French and English, plus strong Linux, cloud, Kubernetes, and IAM experience, is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Experience with Linux system administration and networking.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and IAM tools.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Hadoop or Spark ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer and internal teams to identify priorities and develop engagement plans.
• Manage project milestones with Success Managers, provide status updates and mitigate risks.
• Serve as a central technical advisor for client teams and document technical information.
• Support Field Engineering through process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Advise on long-term technical strategy and explore advanced Dataiku use cases.
