Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of in-house experience focusing on technology transactions.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other tech agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises for technology agreements.
• Draft, review, and revise MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related tech contracts.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract scenarios for accuracy and commercial reasonableness.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve AI-driven contract review outputs.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and criteria for AI performance in contract tasks.
• Identify contractual risks and negotiation opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and research teams on datasets and guidelines.
• Share practical insights from experienced in-house counsel on risk allocation.
