YO AI Labs seeks an experienced in-house counsel for technology transactions on a part-time, contractor basis, fully remote. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology contracts to support AI research and product development.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs and other tech agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to provide actionable feedback on contract drafting and redlining.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises for technology transactions.
• Draft, review, analyze, and revise MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related tech contracts.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract scenarios for legal accuracy and risk.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve AI contract analysis and redlining outputs.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and criteria for AI performance in drafting and negotiation.
• Identify contractual risks, ambiguities, and negotiation opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and research teams on AI-driven contract review best practices.
• Share practical insights from in-house negotiations and risk allocation.
