The ideal candidate has 3+ years in-house experience in technology transactions, strong analytical skills, and an ability to provide actionable feedback to improve AI systems in legal contexts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Hands-on experience with drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other technology agreements.
• Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into clear, actionable feedback.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in law, technology, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations, reviews, and redlining exercises.
• Draft and review contracts including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and technology agreements.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses to contract scenarios for accuracy and risk.
• Provide detailed and actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and grading criteria for contract tasks.
• Identify contractual risks, inconsistencies, and areas for revision.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to improve legal AI workflows and guidelines.
• Document legal analysis and recommendations clearly and consistently.
