Job summary

Tawantech is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the Philippines to join our remote recruitment team. The role will source, attract, screen, and hire qualified IT professionals across software, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and cybersecurity domains.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build a strong candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews with technical teams, and ensure a smooth offer and onboarding process while staying up-to-date with regional and international talent

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent sourcing skills, particularly through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Good understanding of common IT technologies, roles, and technical terminology.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates for roles such as Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.
• Review CVs and conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical background and fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Ensure accurate updates of candidate information in the ATS.
• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding.
