Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering & Architecture for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will own searches across hard-to-fill engineering, architecture, construction, and technical disciplines, engaging passive candidates with credible outreach.

The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience in technical industries and expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within technical industries.
• Proven success sourcing passive, specialized professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Ability to translate business needs into focused search strategies.
• Experience building proactive candidate pipelines and closing offers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs across engineering disciplines.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Assess candidates on technical discipline, project experience, credentials, and fit.
• Present diverse slates with market context and recommendations.
• Collaborate with TA, HR, and managers to maintain momentum and candidate experience.
• Use recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Stay current on credentials and market conditions relevant to disciplines.
