Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Experience using ATS and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with multiple industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates via multiple online channels.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Screen candidates to assess fit for open roles.
• Partner with recruitment consultants to understand requirements and culture.
• Keep ATS records accurate and up to date.
• Craft outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
• Analyze sourcing metrics to improve strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in sourcing.
• Represent the client professionally in online communities.
• Participate in regular remote team meetings and knowledge sharing.
