Job summary

Vertafore Career Center is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Michigan. You will be the face of Vertafore, resolving technical and non-technical product questions and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include using job aids to address inquiries, documenting cases in the CRM, and maintaining accuracy to meet performance metrics across various queues. Onboarding and internal development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; onboarding program provided.
• Ability to work remote with a stable internet connection on an as needed basis.
• Located and working from an office location (when required).
• Travel not anticipated.
• Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
• Lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer support to industry customers.
• Resolve issues and answer both non-technical and technical questions about our software products and services using job aids.
• Document customer cases in the CRM system.
• Handle daily tasks with high accuracy and productivity to meet performance metrics.
• Support Agency, Carrier, Provider as well as Individuals across all phone queues.
