Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Technical Consumer Support Specialist to assist consumer users with product features and issues, primarily via phone, chat, and email. This role is 100% remote from select US time zones with a path to hybrid work for Chicago-area candidates.

You will join a tight-knit B2C Support team, deliver timely, accurate information, and help turn inquiries into positive customer outcomes while upholding security best practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role or equivalent training and certifications.
• Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathetic and patient with a customer first mindset.
• Proven ability to multitask in a high volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails from consumer customers.
• Provide accurate product information and guide users on features.
• Identify trends in inquiries and report to management.
• Escalate bugs or issues and contribute to product improvements.
