Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Technical Consumer Support Specialist to join our remote B2C Support team and help customers understand product features and benefits. The role supports inbound calls, chats, and emails from consumer users with a focus on accurate information and friendly service.

Shifts run Sunday to Thursday, 8:30am–5pm CST, with opportunities for hybrid schedules for candidates in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service or support role or equivalent training and certifications.
• Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite.
• Experience with smartphones, tablets and computers (Mac, Android, Windows).
• Strong typing skills (40+ wpm).
• Polite, organized, punctual and detail oriented.
• Empathetic with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, curious learner and team player.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user inquiries via phone, email, chat and screen sharing accurately and timely.
• Recognize, document, and alert management of trends in customer calls, chats or emails.
• Proactively identify product improvements, identify and reproduce bugs, report and escalate to management.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude for all customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold company policy and procedures.
