Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role or equivalent training and certifications
• Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite
• Experience with smartphones, tablets and computers across Mac, Android and Windows
• Strong typing skills (40+ wpm)
• Polite, organized, punctual and detail oriented
• Empathetic and patient with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Resolve user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and screen sharing
• Document trends in customer interactions and alert management
• Identify product improvements, reproduce bugs, and report to management
• Maintain a positive, professional image for customers and stakeholders
• Uphold company policies and procedures
• Protect confidential data and customer information
• Follow support team guidelines and procedures
• Be proactive in taking on additional core responsibilities
