Emphasys Software Inc. within Aquila, a Constellation Software division, seeks a Technical Support Specialist to deliver front-line expertise across hosted Azure environments and Microsoft services.

You will troubleshoot, document, and improve reliability, performance, and security of our technical operations for government and housing authority clients. You’ll work with Infrastructure, Development, and Product teams to resolve tickets, support cloud migrations, and automate deployments through

Formación

• Experience in a technical support or systems role with Azure Virtual Desktop and SQL troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Octopus Deploy or similar.
• Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot across interconnected systems, and communicate resolutions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tier 1 and 2 support for Azure-hosted environments (AVD, SQL databases, MSIX streaming).
• Assist with cloud migrations, environment upgrades, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Support deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Octopus Deploy; help automate updates and patches.
• Work with IIS, Active Directory, File Servers, Domain Controllers, and API Servers to maintain performance and access.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and system notes; improve documentation and share knowledge.
