Job summary

Emphasys Software, a division within Aquila, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist, GovTech, to join our remote US team. You will provide frontline technical expertise across hosted environments, focusing on Azure Virtual Desktop, MSIX App Streaming, SQL performance, and deployment pipelines.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and Product teams to improve reliability, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in technical support or systems role.
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot across interconnected systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and 2 support for Azure VDI, MSIX App Streaming, SQL databases and related Microsoft services.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document incidents; escalate when needed.
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Octopus Deploy.
• Support server technologies (IIS, Active Directory, File Servers, Domain Controllers, API Servers).
• Document incidents and share knowledge to improve processes.
