Atmosera is seeking an Azure Cloud Support Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, network security, and automation tasks. You will work with Windows/Linux servers, hypervisors, and Azure Site Recovery, delivering excellent client service and clear technical communication.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Azure support, strong PowerShell/Bicep/CI/CD skills, and a technical bachelor's degree. This role emphasizes ITIL-aligned incident management and collaboration with clients.

Competenze

• 3+ years Azure Cloud support experience with a technical bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, hypervisors, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information to clients.

Mansioni

• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing.
• Act as escalation point for incidents, resolving high-priority issues following ITIL practices.
• Automate infrastructure with PowerShell, Bicep, and CI/CD for consistent deployments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Azure Cloud support experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, hypervisors, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information to clients.

Certifications:

• AZ-104 preferred and must be obtained within 90 days if not already held.
• Experience with compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA, and SOC.

• Communicate technical issues and solutions in clear, understandable terms.
